    Victor knows the club are looking for a striker. He knows what qualities they are looking for. For me Victor is trying to be that striker. He is imposing up front, he tries to hold the ball up. A bit more spit and polish and he could be the one.

    Yeah he's a striker that knows his role. That's the key. We could sign another striker in January but even if he's the finished article it will take the new guy time to find a role within the team. There aren't any quick fixes.
