I've seen a couple of people suggest resurrecting the corner watch thread. It came about as we'd gone a very long time without scoring from a corner. Conor Hourihane came along and changed all that. League goals from a corner this season: 17/10/20 - home to Bristol City - Michal Helik, assisted by Romal Palmer. 2nd goal from a corner of the season: 12/12/20 - away to Sheffield Wednesday - Cauley Woodrow, assisted by Joe Wildsmith after a Matty James corner was fumbled. Credit to Mads Anderson, not sure if he got the flick on, but certainly made it difficult for Wildsmith to handle.
I don't think Mads got a touch, but their keeper is expecting one of the 3 on the front post to get a touch so has to react quickly to the ball in the middle of the goal. As we know he doesn't get a good enough touch and dollies it for Cauley to clean up
3rd goal from a corner of the season: 26/12/20 - home to Huddersfield - Michal Helik, rebound after pressure from Anderson. Whilst we won't count the 2nd goal, similar situation, throw from Kane, flick on from Andersen, finish by Helik.
