    What an appointment, back this guy with a few quid and I'm sure he'll make us a top 6-10 team.
    I'm not looking at the bottom of the table anymore, time to see what will help us close the gap to the top 8.

    Thanks. So he doesn't like Draws, and neither do I. Wins and Losses, as long as we get the correct balance, is the way to go.

    I was supportive of Struber and proud of the job he did last season keeping us up. This season I don't think his heart was in it 100%, however, his decision to move on has been a godsend. Really impressed with big Val but must admit I didn't know much about him before he was announced. I'm not that obsessed about a possession based game like some on here seem to go on about, yes we've gone more direct but what an impact! Keep it up fella, you're doing a super job so far and hopefully the owners back you in January!
