Best wishes to you and your family. My wife had a text at 7.30 this morning to say her routine swab test, that she has done every 10 days, has come back positive. She's a Sister on a ward that is now full of Covid infected patients (although to be balanced, whilst a couple are very ill with it, the main issue for her patients is renal disease). They'd already got 7 or 8 staff members off with positive tests, albeit none of them, including my wife, are symptomatic. So we're both isolating now, along with our 16 year old daughter. Our son is in Birmingham so unaffected at the moment. Air of inevitability to a degree, we both work in frontline healthcare, we worry about the sustainability of services through the winter, not so much due to local decisions about suspending specific procedures, but there are likely to be a significant number of cancellations at short notice (Inc on the day) as we basically don't know who is going to turn up each day. Stay safe. Everyone.
