what an absolute pleasure it is to watch Bob Ross every night for 30 minutes of mind therapy.
I know all the paintings end up alike but I couldn't do it, I'm just happy to sit back, relax and watch him do it.
His mannerisms are so gentle and warm.
And to think those programmes are the best part of 35 years old.

I love watching them. They're the perfect chill out programme for me.

A thin paint sticks to a thick paint. But a thick paint won't stick to a thin paint.

I love it, particularly when he's got a perfect painting and then he puts a great whacking black line down it with 2 minutes left and you think he's f*cked it only to turn it into a great looking tree or summat.

I had a go at doing one a while back, it was good fun and ended up looking decent but definitely took more than half an hour!
