    who 'unfolds' the evac chair - how does the person with a disability get into the chair - who carries the person in the chair down the stairs - are there people on standby to do this ???
    what if there are two or three people in wheelchairs in the East Stand Hospitality section needing to get out as fast as possible in an emergency?
    (in an emergency the lift cannot be used.)

    You'd be surprised how often that happens. I heard a rumour that one club employee once missed their flag fire prevention training AND their evac chair training because they were doing a three day course in bottle top removal.

    A professional flag making company has said to me recently that the certificate is invalid if the flag gets wet. Bit difficult that in our climate.

    Has anyone tried to get a fire going outside in the wet, it's a bit difficult I would imagine :)
