    I find that watching Barnsley play out of defence in our own penalty area usually does the trick.

    However, having just had a camera up my arse in BDGH yesterday, the clearout powder for that (Klean-Prep) was dynamite in its eficiency. 4 sachets in 4 litres of water though, tastes none too smart. I doubt that the general population are let loose (as it were) to buy it.

    Senekot is lethal deffo cleans you out I took it a few weeks ago and went 4 times in one day.
