I'm more concerned with your mental health state if i'm honest... relentlessly posting about this, talking about new world orders, Bill Gates being all shifty and 5G.... not healthy at all. I'm not joking.
Id base the next prime minister on whether they can kick a football properly. I don't trust anyone who can't
I think any prime minister would struggle in these times, I work with the NHS and if you think he is struggling now wait till November and December. We have Boris until the next general election so we have to get on with it, the only way we will get a new leader is if he resigns because there won't be another General election. In the NHS the con census is that there should be a full lockdown for 3 weeks to help reduce hospital admissions during the Second wave.
is there research you are basing that on? ive heard many a story, and I admit it’s only anecdotal and opinion that the NHS actually believes it will be ok. As sad as it 50,000 who might have died this winter have already passed away.
With an 80-seat majority, there won't be a vote of No Confidence - not that we can have an election at the moment anyway due to the COVID-20 Act. Just posted this in another thread, but the only reason that Johnson is in place is that none of the candidates wants to pick up the combination of Brexit "fun" and "Covid the Return" in the New Year. If COVID was over, the knives would have been out at least two weeks ago. If it is up to the MPs, then Sunak *might* get it (Gove isn't popular and the rest of the "Big Beasts" are tainted by association with Johnson and the disasters that are unfolding) - if it goes to a members vote with all the ex-UKIP, Britain First and other entryists, then Sunak is the wrong skin colour for them. The big boys that are not-tainted by being members of the Johnson cabinet are Javid and Hunt - and Javid has the same problem as Sunak.
I agree in part that anyone would struggle but although I don't like her I do think that Nicola Sturgeon is doing a far better job than Boris. As for the NHS I've friends at Barnsley Hospital who say that the hospital is really quiet and they're not seeing what the media are reporting
