Again like Boris, despise both men but genuinely hope he is ok. I know personally what this virus does to families and i wouldn’t even wish that on this man.

A bad result for Americans would be Trump to get a mild dose of the virus, you’d imagine that he’d gloat and tell them they don’t have anything to worry about.

    Can’t do it.

I think in the summer he thought he could find a loophole to stay on, but having realised he can’t, he’s changed tack to try to disrupt the election process and create civil unrest at a negative result for him.

It’s a ploy to keep Biden out of the news and to avoid any more debates, in my opinion.

Biden gained admirers in the previous debate and trumpy lost some.

Trump or Biden.. That's like a choice of drowning or suffocation...

Country of that size and these two are the final 2 in the running.. Baffling.

Biden is hundreds of levels higher than trump though. Let’s not pretend they’re both as bad as each other

Yeah probably so but both not wired up reight..

Expect Biden to win it, don't think Trump has that wave of support he generated last time. Interesting to hear him saying he wouldn't accept a loss with the outgoing president still controlling the armed forces in some strange setup.. could end up getting really messy.

Very. Especially now he has 3 loyal Supreme Court judges... (or will very soon)

If he gets another 4 years, there’s a very real possibility of there being over half the court loyal to Trump. Buckle up if that happens. King Trump wouldn’t be far behind. Or the ‘elections’ would mirror Russia.

Disrupting the election process is exactly what I'm suggesting

They can only disrupt the process - their aim can only be to either:
Skew the result, by intimidation which will not go down well with anyone, could lead to mass civil unrest.
Create enough ‘noise’ about the process that his supporters won’t accept the result leading to mass civil unrest.

but he’d be lucky for either of those to get him a win, and constitutionally he has to leave office in Jan even if there’s been no election.

the hope is that the next president oversees a stripping of presidential power, now they’ve seen what can happen.
