Still can’t see or won’t more likely that their situation has nothing to do with Covid . Blaming Nick Parry , Barnsley Fans ,Administrators, Bidders for the club . Etc etc . It’s everyone’s fault bar the Clubs previous owners that loaded them with Debt and unsustainable wages and incoming transfer fees. As far as blaming us I don’t give a **** tbh , we had no bearing whatsoever in their downfall if it hadn’t been us it would have been someone else , it’s just nasty bitter unjustified feelings towards us. They have somehow got this big club attitude in their head with a sense of entitlement and only a very recent history built up on a local lad done good rather than a football history as we and lots of other clubs have . https://forums.vitalfootball.co.uk/threads/rick-parry.108335/
Tbf, history has to start somewhere. Not a bad start, seasons in the Premier League and an FA cup win.
It does you’re right I was just responding to a few posters on their forum that rubbished our history to one season in top flight tbh.
Aye , it’s like self inflicting wounds tbh. I just feel as though an injustice has been done on our fans through no fault of ours .
I don't know what the EFL were meant to do. Choi, and then Au Yeung proved they had the funds to sustain the clubs, according to the test approved by member clubs. They just decided not to bother. And if they can't truly see why the pandemic becomes a more realistic reason for insolvency, the longer we go without crowds, then they're just blinkered. The pandemic didn't cause their admin, the owners did.
Wonder how many Wigan’s fan will listen to the fact that every buyer that came in got put off by their ludicrous wage bill.
Edit. Nope. Not one bit. https://forums.vitalfootball.co.uk/threads/jays-interview-with-alan-nixon.108599/
