theirs just no excitement going forward. Were lacking pace. By time we counter teams and have 4 v 2. The opposition sides have numerous bodies back. If we had a mcindoe type of player. Things could be different. Its frustrating because this time last year we said defence needs fixing but now that's fine and now it's going forward.

    Frustrating arghh.....

When we were succesful with connor and the like, i thought our major ability was to break hard and fast on teams and hurt them.
We lack that at the moment...as you say too slow in thought and movement and shooting absolutely shocking.

Maybe when we get our striker in and maybe another signing we might look a different team then we can finally settle and get our season going. Hopefully that's the direction we take and not one of the manager leaving and team sulks and we sign no one Direction.

I thought that the Freezer looked a bit like Adam Hammill when we signed him - still waiting for any indication of him playing like AH !!!

Patience. He’s still very new to the team. He’s been in the right place a couple of times (I don’t believe today’s cross was a chance). He fluffed his lines, but it will come.

We need a target man, a bit of pace out wide and a creative midfielder. We may got one of the 3 if we’re lucky....

Wednesday are apparently close to signing that Callum Patterson from Cardiff he’s just the type of bullying target man we could do with but we seem obsessed with only looking abroad for players.

I think its more to do with the fact that UK based players are generally priced higher.

I think we have creative midfielders already and a DM to free them up would do the trick.

Just watched him on Youtube and he gets well forward for a defensive midfielder.
