Wigan away guaranteed. First round Bye when they go under, at least.

It's going to be someone shít, at home, and they'll fvck us up because we always seem to struggle in that first round.

    I reckon Oldham.

Hope to God it's not a L2 side at home - still have nightmares about Carlisle, Northampton, Morecambe etc.

Although I usually look at these games for a nice relatively-local away day to get the juices flowing at the start of the season, none of us will be able to go, so realistically I couldn't give a sheite. Wigan home or away would be bantz I suppose.

This is my thought process. Because we can’t go I don’t really care who we draw. To be honest I don’t see the point of this competition for this season at all. My usual argument is that it’s a big money spinner for the small clubs when they draw in the big gate money from the ‘big’ clubs visiting town, that argument is void now.

We might get to go as the league cup might be used as tests for league games....
