    No idea about other supermarkets but Asda have made it compulsory for us to wear facemasks while ever we are on the shop floor from midnight tonight

    You said that strenuous activity in a gym causes such great expulsion of air via breathing that the mask is saturated. That is how an airborne virus is spread. The more air you expell the greater the number of virus particles.

    I said that wearing a mask whilst doing cardio is liable to make it heavy and wet. You took it upon yourself to totally misquote me and discuss something I wasn't talking about in the first place.

    I'm not too keen on people intentionally twisting my words if you've already not gathered that :)

    Not twisting anything. Heavy and wet is caused by a greater than normal expulsion of air which is what spreads an airborne virus.

    According to Gov.org visually impairment are exempt, as someone who wears glasses due to me having **** eyes I know my glasses fog up with them on, but I'm going to opt in to have a mask on and lower it when my glasses fog up and nobody is close by, keeping people safe is important

    I don’t think when they said visual impairment they meant those who’s eyesight can be corrected with glasses or contacts.
    Excluding the small children exemption I don’t know many who qualify

    I do feel sorry for deaf people who rely on lip reading. They are severely affected by this

    Went in Tesco at Wath this morning- thought the face mask legislation started tomorrow.

    Bloke on door said where was my mask, and after I let him know my error, he let me in anyway.

    All staff were wearing them. I felt a bit if a nob to be fair.

    It's gonna be carnage imo.
