Although I hope he's enjoying tonight and hope it means something to him.

Things move off field now and into legal wranglings. I may not like him very much but I think he'll ensure the right decision is made and if not at first, challenge until it is. I wouldn't swap him right now that's for sure.

Things don’t move off field for us the case is between the EFL and Wigan. As of the end of play tonight we survived. The best outcome Wigan can expect is to be in the championship next season but not at our expense. A 25 team league perhaps? Or maybe show Wednesday the door?

    Thing is.

Its black and white in league rules. Admin is 12 point deduction.

They are claiming force majure due to covid 19.

Hiw many other clubs in the entire football league have gone into admin due to covid 19?

None, exactly. They dont stand a chance

And if they get a reduction i expect a legal challenge shoving the black and white league rules right up some backsides

They're claiming force majeure against their own owner saying that Wigan couldn't possibly have anticipated that Wigan's owner would put Wigan into administration. Essentially it's the club blaming the club's owner.

    Means **** all mate.

Hes the owner. He owns the club.

Legally stands nowhere when it comes to it.

The company was put into administration. Absolutely no way they can challenge that.

Whatever you are taking ...... stop it.
Conway might not be a supporter but he has the best wishes of Barnsley at heart.
Only thing I might hold against Paul Conway is that it’s been proven the directors didn’t quite do enough last summer with recruitment.
I have being saying for a while now that IMO it was a good recruitment but it has been proven NOT to be good enough.
I must admit that at the start I thought it was.

Struber has given these directors another bite of the cherry.
We can’t have another season like this debacle - so it’s over to you Paul and the directors.
