If we’ve got our money back we’ve had their pants down. There’s a player in there but he doesn’t have the heart for it, poor attitude generally maybe. I’m not disappointed we let him go, he brought nothing we haven’t got in other players.

If we'd spent a million quid on a player who went on to score a dozen goals and got half a dozen assists we might be 4 or 5 places up the table and not facing relegation. When you haven't got much money, spending a large chunk of it on a player facing trial who might end up in prison doesn't seem very logical to me. Let's not do it again.
