With a good base of 207 and Sibley going well will Joe let Ben off the leash this morning?

I'd like them to bat the first session then make hay later in the day. Ball still new-ish, bowlers fresh-ish etc.

Still a way off 300, with our depleted bowling attack we probably need 400, bat then out of the game I say, keep it steady until Middle or afternoon at least.

Yeah let Stokes off the leash and hope Ollie Pope sticks around before the walking wicket comes in. It could easily become 207-6. I'd be happy for them to grind it out a bit longer.

Nah keep grinding it out then capitalise later. If we lose Stokes now we could easily get bowler out for 300.

I assumed that WI had taken the new ball last night. Nuts they're still using old ball..

Maybe they are, I'm working and it's on in another room, I pop my head in if the commentary sounds exciting. Not left my desk much to be fair.
