    Last season he played alot of his time wide right/ Inside right given he had a monster of rightback behind him.

    This season when he has been effective it has been a similar position with a player close to him eg Woodrow, Chaplin.

    Hes played the last few games as a split striker, often isolated. Feel for him a bit.

    Sometimes Brown lacks the finish, but his assists are some of the highest in the league for his age group. The finishing will come.

    He can be frustrating at times with his poor shots, but his work ethic can’t be faulted.

    I’ve a lot of time for the lad, and I think a good year in L1 next season with us will bring him on leaps and bounds.

    Nowhere near the replacement for Potts and never has been.
    He’s got a future in football.
    But not at Barnsley.
