I'm trying to stay positive mate, anything other than a win against Wigan and I'd say we're finished.
It's over tonight was must win for both sides but think we are now both down with Wigan. It's so depressing the likes of Luton can't be beat by us. Our squad isn't championship quality or deserving of the support in the thousands through mainly rubbish the club gets years after year.
I havnt seen anything from our last two displays to think we could win any of out remaining games tbh .
Both teams at the bottom of the league and today showed why. We are now needing a miracle of biblical proportions we are probably going to have to beat not only Wigan but at least two out of Leeds Forest and Brentford to stand any chance of survival unless there are some serious points deductions to come for Wednesday or some more teams going into admin.
Two league 2 teams I'm afraid, on that evidence. Painful to watch the on-field manifestation of the way the owners are running the club. It's just so very very sad.
Only thing in our favour in last 3 games is after tonight’s result Forest will be concentrating on play offs, so might rest players.
Qpr- first half good, second half poor Milwall- poor in both Blackburn- poor first half, decent second Stoke- abysmal Luton- first half at least created chances, second half poor We only seem to be able to play for one 45 minute period
Played some decent stuff in the first half after conceding. Rubbish in the second half despite scoring. Well done to Halme for getting the goal. We haven't been anywhere near good enough all season. Credit to the players for putting in the effort that has earned us more points than our quality would usually warrant. Can't praise them enough for their application Couldn't be more disillusioned by the way we sold anyone worth anything and how we expected kids (and pretty average kids) to perform in such a competitive league. The club is run by charlatans whose baseline motivation is to make money. There's nothing there to support because we're not trying our best to win football matches. I, and everyone else who watches/takes an interest, want different to the philosophy of the club. We want to win football matches without going into debt. Those running the club want to make money. If winning football matches helps to do that, then they'll try to win football matches. If it doesn't, results don't matter. After this season, following BFC no longer matters. It's gone.
The 0-0 draw around Christmas/New Year last season was of a far higher quality. Both teams gone backwards massively, sadly.
I'm just glad we had our best transfer window ever last Summer(!) We'd have had a really poor season had it not been for that(!)* *
