    No commentary. I'd listen in on Radio Sheffield but the video stream is out of sync with the commentary.

    Crackly sound, Pixelating keeps freezing for several seconds on a regular basis. It is NOT bandwidth as I just speed tested it and getting 20Mbs (should just about be good enough for 4k streaming) iFollow need to up their game 130 euros a year for sub standard service is really not good enough..

    Just went on their chat. 'Teodore' first excuse was I am using VPN. I am not. I pointed ou the 1st half I coul see (albeit poor picture) then it went off. 2nd excuse was I was not using Google Chrome. (when I do on my PC it wont show the 'sign in' on the login page just subscribe so I use IE. She said it was my bandwidth. I pointed out that I can stream NETFLIX in 4K and You Tube and the speed test I tried showed 20Mbs and fellow fans were reporting the same issue. She THEN had the nerve to say they had no streaming issues and if they had "why have THEY not been on reporting it" I said that was an appalling response and then stated I will not be renewing for next season (true) and "Good evening" then disconnected. Crap customer service. Effectively calling me a liar. If it was a one time incident I would not mind but I lost the whole first half of a game last week and most of this half this game with lots of issue throughout the shortened season.
