yes and I think it was pathetic, also the street party last night in Brixton where 22 police got injured. Anarchy is the only way to describe it.
I've hardly left the house all day, apart from a trip to the dustbin. I don't even like the sun, let alone want to worship it. Roll on Saturday... a drop in temperature and a home win will do me nicely.
particularly struck by the guy who said it was going well until the police turned up and spoiled it, that would be to stop the ILLEGAL party. Locals complaining about it causing a disturbance, but hey apparently that’s enough to riot!
Don't you just love your fellow man / woman? Thousands of selfish fuckwits pursuing their own hedonistic lyfestyles, at the expense of the rest of us. On the beach - no matter the cost.
I heard one person say when interviewed that they were having a day off from Covid. It's good of the virus to give people time-outs.
I know, people enjoying themselves on the beach in the sun. Shocking. I'll give you this though, worse than those flouting the rules (because the rules are so clear) are the c.nts (virtually) hoping for a 2nd spike.
Funny you should say this. There was a right ****wit on LBC justifying the actions of those attacking the police and blaming the police for the trouble. Unbelievable.
The people littering should be heavily fined and the 500 plus record day of parking tickets are justified as people should park properly. But I won't have a go at people enjoying the sunshine after months of being under near house arrest.
There was illegal graves also in leeds and Manchester week before aswell I think someone was stabbed to death in Manchester.
Even if they're not distancing? Look what happened at Djokovic's tournament. Give this virus a chance and we'll be back at square one. All these people who ignore the advice - be it on the beach or on the march - are selfish and stupid.
Youths, kids and parents a huge problem in quarries with open water every summer. Today we stopped a family of 5. Mum pushing youngest in a pushchair with towels and picnic walking down a quarry haul road behind 40 tonnes of dump truck to go into a flooded area of some old workings so the kids can go for a paddle !! When grown ups don’t get it what chance have you, those at the protests, on the beaches, at the barbecues will all be the first to moan when the second spike comes in September.
