yes it will. If we can achieve it is a different matter. The form table over the last 6 games shows us taking 12 points from the 6.... we have 8 to go, so it is achievable. Only time will tell. I’m hoping it’ll be less than that. Can’t see Hull or Middlesbrough getting 50. But could quite easily see us and Luton. Maybe a weird thing to say by myself with us and Luton having to get 13/14 points. But momentum/fight seems to be with us both. I can’t see Boro or Hull getting another win.
We probably need 4 wins from 8 to get to 49 points. Can't see Hull or Luton getting that total. So will need Charlton/Huddersfield/Boro not to get 7/8 points. Looking at Huddersfield's remaining fixtures and their performance yesterday i'm hopeful. Really need to do our part in these next two home games.
Yes I think it will. Whether we get there is the more difficult question 4 wins and a draw from 8 games is a tall order but we managed it in the 8 games pre lockdown so who knows
