In chrome I opened a guest browser. It then logged me in and Im watching now. Alternatively try and clear your cookies.
Cleared browsing data and managed to log in but I'm now getting a connection error message on the video. Think I'm going to chalk fck on it today and try and find a dodgy feed.
Haha, on Firefox it's letting me through to the purchase page and then telling me I can't sign in using private browsing! I've got the audio up on the app anyway - very glad I suspected this might happen so didn't pay for the video in advance.
Think it was a coincidence Gally, seems to be working now without having to do anything out of the ordinary. Although the 'normal' process is far from intuitive or user friendly.
