    Should never have left us.
Another good manager to add to all the other good managers we have had over recent years.

Since Andy Richie I can only remain one poor manager - Morais.
All the rest have been good managers that have struggled because of the lack of money at the club.
I thought those days were behind us.

    In my opinion
Lee Johnson - talks in riddles. Overcomplicated what is a very simple game and subsequently saw us at our lowest ebb in my lifetime.

Keith hill - made promises and then attacked Barnsley fans when they expected him to even half deliver. Refused to accept he had any failings and instead slagged off the fans and club and deflected all blame.

David flitcroft - one good line up that was actually Keith hills idea and was due to be implemented anyway. Attitude problem. Not only picked his mates but signed his mates too. Awful accusations made against him by some players.

Simon davey - was handed a blank cheque book and still lined us up for a nil nil draw every week. No personality either in the man or the team he put out. Robbie Williams in midfield one week, 5 defenders and three holding midfielders another.

And that's just off the top of my head.

What about the back end of Heckingbottom?

At least my Dad's happy. Be nice if Barnsley somehow manage to stay up and we can play each other in the Championship again.

Wilson's 2nd spell was some of the worst stuff I've seen in 23 years. Should have never come back.

Stendel is probably the only decent manager we have had since Robins left, and I think Struber is making a fight of it.

Wilson signed some reight players but had no idea what to do with them.

The Dwarf is like a microwave curry: hot, cold, hot, freezing. Always has been.

Hill is a thundercvnt. Can't manage, and riles the fans. Bowltern Squanderers and he are made for one another. Mardy whinger and a club of disgraceful cheats. Keep him and they will end up in the Conference.

Hecky was alright but EVERYTHING is someone else's fault. The Lids barstard. I was glad when he left. Either shut up moaning, or leave. He left. "Paul Heckingbottom - he's your problem now."

I liked Flitcroft. But he talks uberb0llocks. That half-season, though. Wow.

Who did I miss? Davey? Two stunning results. Never to be forgotten. Kudos. The Chelsea game will likely be the last thing I think of before I die. Mediocre league results, though.

Morais: just passin' through on the back of being The Taciturn One's bezzie.

Hill - just believed is own hype. He'd have been OK if it wasn't for that.

Johnson - as Baka says, over complicated it "Bomb Alley" "corridor of confusion" 4 5 1

    Hecky - too honest ??
    Stendell - amazing

All of them except Davey/Wilson, one thing in common. Not given funds to progress.

Think Keith Hill is harshly judged on here for me. He built a good team that were on the edge of the play-offs if my memory serves me right. Then as usual come January we lose a few players(Vaz te, springs to mind and others?). His mouth often let him down though, shopping in Aldi etc. The season after we were gash.
Flitcroft had that memorable season when we stayed up being nearly bottom at Xmas, we seemed to win every week after January, but so did everyone else. That last day at Huddesfield will live long in the memory. Trouble is, he stuck with the same team the season after.

Hecky lost alot of players through been sold or contracts expiring. In the summer he then signed a load of players many no10s and midfielders went 451, kept sticking with lindsay Angus or Jackson at center half left pinnock out until he had no choice. Persisted with Jason McCarthy and then always seemed to divert the blame from.himself to the players or board. He changed his agent the summer before he left I think he had wanted out for a long time.

They don't have a football ground to celebrate promotion at, so end up looking like they are queuing for Primark. Let's look for a 'second wave' in Coventry in the next 2-3 weeks with their lack of social distancing.

Happy for Mark Robins, I wouldn’t say his side were the best to watch but his teams were always well organised & he got the best out of a side that had Andy Gray & Jon Macken up top

IMHO he absolutely wasted Andy Gray. It was painful watching the ball repeatedly lumped high in the air in his direction. Gray was a fantastic player if the ball was fed in to his feet or chest with players playing off him. Hill showed the next season what an asset Gray could be and we didn't recover from him leaving until OGrady came in and performed the same role.
