    one was murdered horrifically murdered by an unstable woman who had been refused treatment in our country due to the mass underfunding in the mental health system under this Thatcherite government same thing happened in Doncaster.

    George Floyd was murdered by 4 on duty police officer’s end of.

    I have no idea what was in the OP and I don't want to, but do want to say those words in the Lee Rigby foundation response are very heart warming and the kind of thing that actually do make a difference, they make people stop and think, and change behaviour. Good on them. Very similar to the sentiment expressed by George Floyd's family. When those that have been hurt the most can offer such measured responses we've still got a chance.

    Except his death was nothing to do with racism at all, if a black soldier had been on that street they would have killed him without any further thought. They set out to kill a soldier, not a white person.

    And if it was intended in the way you meant and that all racism is wrong, then why would they criticise people for currently protesting about racism do you think? I know the answer, why don't you?

    If you didn't see the original post then perhaps you shouldn't be trying to defend it.

    I wasn't trying to defend it. My point was the opposite of defending it.

    I was trying to say that anyone using Lee rigbys death as a way to say anything like 'but nobody cared the other way' or 'but people are racist against white people too' are wrong. If anything, if you decide lee rigbys death was racist then it's all the more reason to try to stamp out racism isn't it? ie it's more reason to tell people not to focus on someone's skin colour and treat everyone the same.

    Lee was hacked to death by warped muslim converts because he was a British soldier not because they were black and he was white. Those trying to apply their twisted racist logic dishonor the lads memory.

    The terrorists who brutally murdered Lee Rigby wanted to kill a British Soldier not a white man. Poor Lee just happened to be the one they chose.

    James O'Brien gave a great speech about the linking of Lee's murder with the George Floyd incident on LBC yesterday. I will see if I can find a link.
