A long time ago, ,Peter Sellers tried to buy PS1 from Paul Sykes. Sykes didn't ant money, just 100 yards of exclusive salmon fishing rights on a river in Scotland costing £100/yard. Bearing in mind Sellers died in 1980, this equates to over £150 grand in today's money. Needless to say, the sale didn't happen!
