Nobody seems to be mentioning contracts or the transfer window...I wonder why

I assume our first game will be at QPR - the question is will they play all the games at 3pm on Saturday or will they stagger them for TV
Certain to be behind closed doors so there has to be a way for us to watch or its completely pointless

Speaking of QPR - I see they are getting their excuses in early for when we finally beat them at Loftus Rd

It's going to be interesting when the fixtures come out to see when they will be played, at what time and what access fans have to the games. To please Sky with their TV deal I suspect every game will be on Sky and with many different kick off times so fans don't have to pick and choose at a particular time.

Not so sure - Sky only have a contract for a certain number of games so I cant see them being given them all
Also what happens for fans and especially ST holders without Sky for the games they cover- do they get given free NOW TV passes or does iFollow get to show those games as well.
My guess is they try and play as normal - so Sky will get a lunchime and possibly early evening game but all the rest will be at 3pm but iFollow will be allowed to show them in the UK despite the usual ban on footy at that time

I like the way football is more important than social distancing. 22 men can get as close as they want because they are kicking a bag if wind about. Yet I can't meet my parents for a cup of tea who haven't seen their grandson for 3 months.

That's my hope too that we get ifollow access to all games. Obviously this should be free for all season ticket holders and would be nice to be able to watch the away games too. If I can watch all our remaining games home/away then I may not take the refund.

The problem with Sky that EFL have is the same as the PL have with Sky, which resulted in Sky getting way more games than their TV contract stipulated. The conditions of the contract can't all be met (such as crowds being there for atmosphere) so the FL will bend over backwards to make it up to them so they don't go after a partial refund.

I was looking at the league table yesterday, my thoughts were there are 15 teams who would like to end the season now as is. I think the vote will go against the bottom 3. The legal case will fail although a lot of clubs will sympathise. Perhaps it would be better to plan for Lg 1 instead? Does Struber have a exit clause? If QPR are making rather hysterical claims today, when they have lots of time to prepare and plan, then it's over. Sheffield United have been ready to start training and playing since the beginning of May.

Will Wednesday, Derby & Birmingham still have the points deduction though I wonder.

If they do I can guarantee that the deductions wont be enough to relegate any of them

agreed, But the form of teams is bound to have been affected by the lockdown. It's very possible some will return totally out of sorts, and some will come back and play much better. Hopefully we will be the latter. It's a little bit of straw grasping,I know, but you never know.

The restart is only provisional because of that vote on 8th June where i reckon most clubs will vote to end the season unfortunately and that’s us relegated.

You are ignoring the ££££ - if the season is halted Sky money will not be forthcoming which will be very bad news for all clubs
I might well be wrong but its not just as simple as the bottom 3 and those just outside the playoffs voting to continue and everyone else saying stop now - huge financial penalties for doing that

Money talks plenty of clubs will fold if they have to pay back television money. Rick Parry will look a right prat when the Championship decide to play on.

Even if they did it wouldn't be enough to relegate them. The EFL are desperately trying to avoid a breakaway of the Championship clubs. If PL2 came into being, I think some clubs would think what's the point of continuing, without the small amount of TV money that exists now ,it would seem pointless. Perhaps the final schism we have all dreaded is now going to happen.

IF Wednesday & Birmingham got the 12pts It would relegate them.
