With the Senedd led by LABOUR politician Mark Drakeford adopting the sensible 'stay at home' approach to fighting the Virus it may well be a long time before these two Taff teams will be playing any football again.
I agree. Point I was making was that they're not going to complete Championship if 2 teams can't play any matches in the near future.
I dont think the championship will start up again I did a couple of weeks back I dont now. I think we will probley be back in total lock down in 3 weeks time
the concern must be that if things go pear-shaped will the gov't re-impose a lock down. If they did it would be an acknowledgement that they got things badly wrong. And would people particularly the younger ones be willing to accept another lock-down?
I don't think any clubs will be playing any time soon. Its really don't think that the play behind closed doors plan has much credibility.
It's the young that have the brains owd love take my grandchildren one at 25 one at 23 ane one at 17 all three tell me over the phone they do not want this lockdown to stop while it is safe to do so they phone my wife every day to make sure we are safe with no symptoms they the young have more brains about Brexit, but I'll not go into that, the only ones in particular not willing to accept another lock-down are the ones who are scared of losing money. For me and I would hope every self respectable person would put life before money and keep the lockdown on till safe to come out. On football, this season should be null and void irrespective of the position they are currently in we have never witnessed times like this and teams should start again in the leagues they are currently in whenever next season is deemed safe to start and not by this joke of a government.
can I give a mature response to your reply. The point I was making was that if Cardiff and Swansea are not allowed to play any of their remaining games because of the Welsh assembly policy re lockdown it would impact on whether other teams in the championship could play any of their games. This of course would impact on Barnsley.
