Not sure of the validity of this source but it seems about right to me.
    Didn't expect anything less.

Steady, we don’t like balance in here, we’re only here to bash the tories. Corbyn supporting party activists on the impartial BBC Panorama program. Who’d have thought it !!

I’d do it no problem but I already get up at 5, work hard long hours and in all kinds of weather. I fail to see why people who are furloughed would leave the house to go and do a job for free, leave their housebound families, risk getting covid and in some cases take an unexpected deserved rest to go and make farmers richer.
Who on here would go and work for nowt unless it’s to help out the vulnerable?

A mate of mine looked into it and the farmers were requiring him to live on the farm, pay rent out of a salary and purchase any food from the farm. It would have left him with about £100 a month. Not very useful when he has a mortgage to pay.

Yet as shown, it's not quite as simple as that.

Come on, who is charge here? Labour haven't struck a bat since 2010. My understanding is that the farmers need a skilled, mobile workforce who can pick like hell. Furloughed workers aren't them. You wouldn't want Janice from Sales bumbling around your quarries on a blade would you?

wow! Not your post but the person who liked it!

trixie spends all his time shouting at benefits claimants but then likes a post about people not getting off their arses to help. Life indeed does mirror art.

Absolutely not, but whats that got to do with the revelation that the NHS staff featured recently by Panorama were Labour Party activists, one a supporter of Corbyn who stood as a labour council candidate. ?? As for Janice, given the proper training and assuming that she had the aptitude for the job if there was a vacancy why not.

I'm sorry, I don't know if there's something wrong with my phone but I can't see any Panorama article, just some tweets by a Brexit MEP and an indy100 article.

Think there’s a difference twixt furloughed workers ( clue in the word ‘workers’) and Some benefits claimants who are happy living off the state whilst contributing nothing but if you’re happy for these types to keep taking your money bu way of the taxes you pay to fund them then do carry on old chap. The fact that I find it unacceptable doesn't make me a bad person does it.

    Cause and effect?
How many frontline NHS staff do you think vote Tory?

A people who join the profession are more likely to be more left wing
B people who work in an industry being ransacked by the Tories are less likely to want more of the same.
C people with more strongly held views are the ones most likely to volunteer to be interviewed

Nigel travelled 100 miles to film his video on immigration yesterday - he could have picked a few apples on the way
