Good question, I need a haircut but there's no way I'm going. In a few weeks I'll look like Brian May.
Do you really think the turkish barbers will close, they NEVER close. never been in one, will have to give it a try if my local barber shuts
Already tooled up, my good lady cuts it for me. Ok I look like I've had a lawn mowing accident but I save £8 each time.....
If they have taken a decision to shut the pubs it seems mental to allow the people who touch faces for a living to remain open
Is it like your profile picture? I always got the bowl cut from my mum. Made me really cool when the Ramones came to our attention at Holgate.
What I’ve been told by a friend who owns a Hairdressers have not been categorised in the same capacity as massage parlours, gyms etc but should, so at present are still allowed to open.
They are still allowed to open. Whether that is wise is a much different question I got mine cut last week was asked if I wanted it shorter than normal just in case. Sould be good for 6 to 8 weeks now.
Panic setting in here amongst the Italian fashionista 'bella figura' set... Since all hairdressers and barbers shops are now closed until further notice they cannot decide between a mullet or a pony-tail Mine was ready for cutting just before they announced the closure from midnight early last week so I missed the deadline. Fortunately my better half likes the quiff that is rapidly developing. Not sure how she will take to the 'wild man of Borneo' look in a few weeks though. After telling her that there is no way she is going anywhere near me with a pair of scissors she lumped for the Pony tail look... only 'cos she said she "can sneak up when I am not looking and cut it off!" I think it was the hair she was referring to
I once asked my tonsorial artist if he could style my hair like my favourite film star of the day, Tony Curtis had his. He held the mirror up when he'd finished and I said " Tony Curtis doesn't have his hair like that." He dryly replied " he does when he comes in here."
I saw some people having their haircut today, it blows my mind. Of all the things to risk your life and those of others over, a haircut is not it!
Think Dentists are a different situation - already using masks gloves and sterilised equipment. Its possible to see that in the near future routine checkups etc may be suspended but emergency dental work really needs to continue Got a email from mine saying for now they are working as normally as they can but would wave cancellation charges for anyone who wanted to cancel and strongly request anyone who thinks they may have been exposed to it to not come.
True but then you think of the hairdressers and barbers who now join those with no income and as many are self employed they dont get the government salary
I wish.... Most of my hair now grows out of my ears and nose and what remains on my head is no longer a lovely auburn colour but a rather dull grey.
