Is anyone having issues with iFollow? For the past two days it won't let me sign it. I'm presented with the login screen, I enter my details, the User ID and Password fields disappear, but nothing happens.
No help to you but its working fine for me at least on the PC using Chrome - have you tried a different browser?
Thanks. It works on Edge, so it must be a Chrome problem. I've tried messing with Ad and Video blockers, but no luck so far.
I reinstalled Chrome, deleted the browsing data and reinstalled. Still not fixed. I think it may be an extension issue, but I've not installed any new ones recently. I'll try deleting the cookies first.
Deleting cookies didn't work. Resetting Ad and Video Blocker extensions didn't work. No worries! I have 3 weeks before the next game and Microsoft Edge to fall back on.
I've had problems with it all season.. They only seem to show bloody matches where we lose!! Seriously.. I have to login with IE11 On Chrome iFollow the home page always asks me to sign in and then only shows the subscribe option even though I have an annual subscription., The username and Password boxes simply don't appear. ...!!
It has been like that most of the season . I tried several thing like clearing cache, all cookies, extensions AV (Eset) on /off nothing worked so just use IE11 or Firefox. As an aside I had a utility to uninstall Edge as I hate it and thought I had but notice when I run a' cleaner' to remove browser cookies, history etc. every other day there are always Edge browser files present e.g. today .. 2,953KB 33 files Internet cache and 1 cookie ! Makes you wonder what Microsoft Win10 is doing in the background. I dislike the fact that MS forced a browser on you and it is part of Windows with clearly no simple way to eradicate it.
I have been trying to login from time and time, and suddenly it is working today. Don't know why, but the only change I've made recently was to delete and reinstall the iCloud extension.
