I'm aware of that. What I'm suggesting is something much more specific. The Customer Charter contains a few specific commitments (e.g. responding to correspondence in 7 days) but is mostly high level statements. If it was fit for purpose then fans would already have been using it to hold the owners to account.
If what Dane said in his interview last week about failing to communicate and wanting to improve is genuine then he and the owners need to step up and be specific about what they'll do. And then obviously do it.

It's good all this communication is happening now. Will it continue? A lot more needs to happen between now & the start of next season. I think the COVID-19 issue could mess up next season as well re summer signings.
