    If he feels his players weren't putting in enough effort then yes I do.

    Bringing two on much much earlier and then the third could well have made the difference yesterday BUT having the ******** to take off a third even after the game was lost sends a message to ritzmaier and other lazy players that they aren't untouchable and that they will be dropped. Allowing him to stay on the pitch just sent out the message that Struber was happy with his effort

    the thing is which player to be 3rd sub would have any sufficient quality to have made a difference ?

    If Toby Tyke was the third sub he would have been an improvement on Ritzmaier.

    Jordan Williams would have been an improvement on Ben Williams or ludewig

    Dougall or bahre would have been an improvement on ritzmaier

    He could have brought Messi, Ronaldo and Bobby Charlton on and we'd still have lost with those tactics.

    I hate playing Cardiff.

    Not saying it would have made any difference but it was clear after ten minutes of the second half that the game was drifting away from us and I would have at least hoped that Struber would try to change something with a couple of subs . Dougall would have given us a bit more physical presence or maybe Struber could have changed to a back three or summat but instead he did nothing till Cardiff went two nil up.
