I seem to think Tottenham fans aren't allowed to call themselves Yids, so it might be that.

    This is getting ridiculous.

We don't want discrimination at Oakwell. In any form. We don't want to hear songs, chants or shouts of this nature. But neither can football clubs police society.

A comment from one individual does not require a PA announcement. Investigate and ban the individual if the allegations prove correct but it does not require this level of intervention.

I'm not blaming the club here. The opposite. I'm saying they can't be held responsible for the bigotry of every individual who buys a match ticket. They've formed those views in the wider society not at BFC.

Its beyond ridiculous. If they are investigating Cardiff fans for calling themselves sheepshaggers then somebody needs to give themselves a shake.

What the hell is the matter with some people.

    PC gone mad.
Trying to stamp snowflake culture on a sport steeped in decades of unique sporting culture IS JUST NOT going to work.
If any player is different in any way whatsoever then opposing supporters will pick up on that and try to unnerve him.
    That’s how it’s always been.

Weren't the Cardiff fans singing an anti-English song - bit ironic given they had six Englishmen in their team.

Whilst we are at it we might as well release a statement about Sean Morrison inciting the crowd waving his arms in the air going back to his position after the ref had spoke to him first half.

I didn't hear any anti English chants. If I had it wouldn't have bothered me in the slightest. I can't believe it has been reported and that there will be an investigation.

So what. I've heard our fans sing the same song about different towns and cities at loads of games. Its only a chant.

football league and fa are very quick to investigate clubs, for trivia but they are not quick to investigate referees which they send to oakwell every match.

I said exactly the same a couple of year ago, was in the directors bit when Rotherham played there, row in from we’re Cardiff fans and one commented “these English refs give us nothing” my response “go play TNS next week with a welsh ref because we don’t want you either” I had to move seat second half
