    Listened it on Radio Sheffield football heaven website. He was good at avoiding awkward or side stepping questions whilst painting the board in a generous light , but after all that's his job. Did very little to make me think things were going to improve or change the club. It sounded a bit like a party political midterm broadcast without the vote winning (never to be fulfilled) promises.

    Thats interesting. When I posted yesterday I'd just tried to watch it on the official site and was invited to subscribe to iFollow.
    Today, now, clicking on the same link I can watch the interview in the clear.

    This article in the YP infers that Struber is confident that Alex Mowatt will sign a new
    deal in the not too distant future. Sincerely hope that he's right. If we do go down,
    Mowatt would definitely play an important part in our bid to challenge for promotion from
    League One. I've never seen anything to support my supposition, but I have a feeling that
    following his transfer from Leeds, Alex has enjoyed wearing the famous red shirt of Barnsley.

    Having listened to the interview last night on the other thread with Giddings I have to be honest and say, I thought that came across as a Pinnock style scenario, in that an offer was on the table but looking likely wouldn’t happen. But having watched this interview I thought it came across as offers have been made and progress to completing was happening(think he used the phrase working towards).
