You cannot still believe in these owners and their plan surely? My report is this: Gash first half, strung three passes together once I believe all half, defence asleep and gave charlton a two goal lead, typical of this team sadly. Second half, slight change of formation, tried harder, substitutes made a difference, gave ourselves a chance through Woodrow but ultimately not good enough as the damage was already done.
Alternatives have been done to death as you are perfectly aware so why go over old ground? Simple, don’t spend the entire transfer budget on buying double figures of foreign punts on long contracts and cross your fingers and hope for the best. Keep the majority of the promotion side together and add a couple, afterall, the two centre-halves were still under contract . Thereby giving yourself a better chance of sustainability in the championship than the first barmy option these owners have chosen and I mentioned. But now I’m talking sense and some on here won’t have that, not at all. These owners can do no wrong, pmsl!!!!
