well done Shrews.... thats what happens when you grow a pair .

and yes thats right at our first team. I was there when Clint sent us up, when super john hit the Mancs in the cup, when Howard just got on with it at Anfield, when Odjayi stuck it up Chelsea, when when Nardiello equalised in the Millenium Stadium. I was at the final of the Johnstones cup and the play off against MEE WAWW.... those players grew huge pairs and made me proud to bursting.... this present lot have no Balls at all.

Watching that cup tie against Liverpool and then watching the fans after brought back all the memories and yes a tear to the eye, I cannot see our present ownerss or squad doing any of that for us.

 

What the heck have the owners done differently to the last ones?

 

Well we did not sell Hourinane, Scowen, Roberts ,Winnall etc during the summer months when we won promotion the last time round for starters.

 

Actually come to think of it if we had some Hourihane,Scowen , Roberts and Marley during the pre sea son after the Wembley promotion , would we have stayed up that first season cos we did bugger all after the Jan transfer window that season when they left.

 

Unless the club is taken over by footballing men that want it back in the Premier League it will continue to **** in the wind. Regardless of how big Mowatt and co's ballax are.
