are performing at 100% in any game we aren't good enough to contain teams or create ourselves. The board have failed up to now to address the obvious shortcomings in the team this window and time is quickly running out any forward momentum that was built up recently is ebbing away quickly.

We are done I’m starting to think this season now. Owners fully to blame as had we kept hold of certain contracted players I’d definitely wager we wouldn’t now be in this predicament in what looks like an average championship.

As good as Struber seems to be, he needs to accept we have not got the talent available to play this lovely style of play. We need to stop faffing playing nice football and just become tough to beat

Unfortunately none of them are performing tonight. Not defending the defenders but they were constantly under the cosh after the first 15mins of the first half

Can you honestly tell me we wouldn’t have got more value out of McGeehan & Cav tonight?!

McGeehan has just scored for Portsmouth to put them 2-1 up.

don’t have to go route one to be tough to beat. Could have two holding mids, stop full backs bombing on all time and be much more disciplined in defence.

Yeah agreed, im still not convinced with the formation either.... Most of the goals we concede come from not stopping the crosses into the box and our attacking play relies heavily on the quality of our fullbacks delivery, not strong enough at full back to play that way, not strong enough in central defence and not strong enough in central midfield to dictate play and create chances.

Niggly and effective. But we still gifted them two goals.

Exactly, theres also teams like Millwall etc, not amazing to watch style wise but look at where they are in league and how many goals they concede compared to us. They play simple but effective football and they win matches.

Preston had 11 better players than us last night. No MOTM announcement summed up our performance.
