Stokes should walk it. Alun Wyn Jones is a good bet at around 9/4 to finish second ahead of second favourite Asher Smith. Welsh love their rugby and the whole country will be voting for him.
Well it won't likely be Hamilton as BBC no longer cover F1 and it is becoming a minority sport in the UK & they are plugging formula E as they have the rights to that. Pity as he is now a 6 time WDC and 1 off Schumaker's record WDCs having already passed him in many other stats (most poles etc) and is regarded my many in the sport as one of the greatest of all time.
Personally I’d love to see Asher Smith win it but I expect it will be Stokes. I’d be disappointed if Lewis won it. No question he is one of the Great Motor racing drivers but he has won it before and he is driving the best car. He basically only has to beat his team mate to win the title
Interestingly 3 of the nominees are part of a team and part of their success will be due to the fact they have this excellent team support. Would have liked to see swimmer Adam Peaty on the list.
I intended to vote for Stokes but after being impressed by Asher Smiths interview I changed my mind and voted for her. Well done though to Ben. Thoroughly deserved for his contribution to the World Cup win.
Yes I voted for Asher Smith but have no problem with Stokes winning it he is a worthy winner Was it me or had Dennis Law had a we dram to give him courage before going on stage Oh and who spotted Gabbys little slip mixing Jihad and Hijab. Easy mistake.
