We need to win two of the next three to stand any chance of catching up to the other poor teams above us. I wasn’t expecting any points today, but it’s a real shame to lose like that.
Which ones are we going to score 4 in? I agree we need to start winning but I don’t know how we can. Opposition forwards are just too good for our current Defence
I’d like to think we could beat Reading and we seem to be a bit of a bogey team for Millwall recently. I’m not saying we’ll win any, but if we don’t, I genuinely think that’s it. A draw today would’ve given them a bit of confidence. We’ll probably lose all three and then randomly beat West Brom!
If we are a bogey team for any other team in this league , now is their best chance of breaking it . Watching our defending is like viewing At the Apollo.
We've not beaten Reading at Oakwell since the 90s, horrible record against them recently. Millwall we've a much better record against but as it's away we'll probably lose to another heartbreaking injury time goal because that's what we do. West Brom are top for a reason.
Imagine going into January on twelve points and trying to persuade championship quality players to sign for us.
Reading Win QPR will probably come and kick us off the Park and win with odd goal Millwall cant see owt for this one. West Brom we might be well chuffed with summat at 5 o clock and no not another pint. Swansea nil points.
Depressing isn't it. And yet when I complain about the people who put us in this position, I get told I should "get over it" and "move on". Since when did telling someone to "get over it" actually work? They're killing our club.
What's worse is that I can see our owners blaming Daniel for us being in the position that forces us to sell our best players.
I'll be gobsmacked if any of our fans believe such b0llox, but I suppose some will. I'd love to listen in on the meeting between Struber and the owners, when they discuss strategy for the January transfer window. It wouldn't surprise me if, after the meeting, Struber ended up going skiing back in his homeland.
Get over it. Anyway, January might not be a complete disaster. It could well turn out to be "the most successful sale in the history of the club".
One would hope this was discussed before he signed but I can believe that ambiguity is an ace card that they play ruthlessly. Unless they were absolutely clear and honest with him (which I doubt) I can imagine that your scenario could well become a reality.
I'd normally say Wednesday, but I don't think they have the money. Maybe someone just outside the top six looking to strengthen their squad for the run-in. Preston?
I think Strubber on Wednesday night needs to wear his lucky Hull jeans that he didn't have on yesterday.
