But Trump says they have no interest in the NHS and wouldn't want it if handed to them on a silver plate.....and we all believe him and he really really wasn't saying it just to help his mate Johnson out at all as he's staying out of our election.....really really

 

and why not..... we cull back seals , deer and various other creatures and life forms.... yet the greatest parasite the planet has ever had 'Man the Wise' just keeps on infesting the planet like a cancer.

However Mother nature is beginning to get pissed off with us, she has rattled her sword many times lately.

And yer know what? she also has many weapons of mass destruction far more powerful than 'Man the Wise' can come up with. And 'Man the wise' has no real defence against them either.

 

It's not long ago he was saying that " everything" was on the table including the NHS. He will have been warned
not to say anything controversial so as not to derail the Tories campaign. If they are returned with a majority, the
possibilities of a trade deal with the USA to include " everything", will no doubt re-surface. Labour politicians are
mulling over an option to recommend legislation to prevent the NHS being part of any deal once Parliament

Control immigration, eliminate health tourism. Fewer people using our health service = more to go around.

Or we could always use the EU law correctly and charge foreigners for NHS use. Something that we as a country have not done in the vast majority of cases.

 

Significantly increase tax on meat and dairy. Save lives, cut emissions. It's a no-brainer. I've voted Greens mind, not Tory

I love it when people talk about health tourism into the UK. Have you ever tired flying into the UK for medical treatment? My daughter was born three months premature on a visit to the UK from the Caribbean where I was working at the time. In spite of the fact I had paid my UK taxes and National Insurance the NHS tried to bill us for her care because we did not have a UK address. That was the end of our time in the West Indies,because she was not strong enough to fly. Health tourism is NOT a thing.
People arrive here sick by accident and we don't want them introducing diseases. This costs the NHS as much as couple of days of its annual budget. Peanuts.

Great idea. Foreign aid benefits UK industry and not developing countries. Having worked in a developing country and seen the damage aid can do. But it will not stop because our aid industry is massive. Too many Tory businesses benefiting from this public subsidy.
