    The Poster DusThaNolll was i guess saying hes surprised someone with so little money could afford to fly to so many games to watch us.
    i will not say he was being sarcastic because hes probably deadly serious !!
    i was just pointing out he will be doing it under the guise of coming over on the premise of running managing the club.
    you cant just take money out of a multi/ member llc even if as you say you are one of the members of that business/company.
    members of a llc don't get paid a wage but you can draw money out for living expenses which i presume Mr Conway will be doing and travel (air fares) and so on for business requirements.
    Tax deductions also for such expenses

    there are many upsides and not many downsides to making your company a llc as it makes you legally separate from it .
    protecting you from lawsuits ,creditors , your assets , personal liability and of course Tax

    They have only paid half and are paying the rest half over the next 4 years or 5 altogether
    so not sure they actually own it at all until the final payment is made !!.

    No it isn't. Just as their personal wealth doesn't belong to the club neither does the club's money belong to them.

    Not saying I know how they pay for travel or that even if the club is paying for it it's wrong, just that the club's money is not their money until it is paid in a dividend.

    Must have just gone to see his mate who owns west brom possibly on BFC'S expense. Wonder where conway is hiding was he in the away end at huddersfield? He was at many away games last season when things were good talking to the fans.
