No Thiam or Cavere playing, hence not in the shop window for the January sales and hence worth nowt at the end of the season.

I think with Thiam it’s more the fact that he’s **** at football that depresses his transfer fee, to be fair...

Im gutted over Stendel, looking at the pictures on twitter its so sad seeing how he got involved with our town and people. Its very rare that you see that.

These owners are ruthless successful business men who need the club to be successful to make money big money not the small transfer fees which they let go in the summer.

We need to wait and see what they do next, there will be a reason for the **** statement.

Id be surprised if Sunderland had not approached Stendel prior, id be surprised if he didnt want to go, stendels press interviews will have affected the board, the results and performances collapsed recently.

If barnsley fans are booing, slating the performances and abusing the players changes will be made as this affects value.

I cant see them buying us to fail and im sure the owners will sell when our stock rises sufficently to make a substantial profit. This is another blip they will deal with, emotions and one man not getting in the way.

We will have to wait and see.

Nooooo… don't say that. That just makes it all worse and shows just how wrong this all is. The one thing i'd hoped was that he was ok, that he'd put forward some feeling of this being the best he could do without the owners assistance and that his position was untenable. But for him to be devastated... i'm just all the more gutted for him.

I just want to give him a huge hug.

Me too. He was always so quick to gee up others Think I'll definitely go to the Garrison tonight so he gets the send off he should have had.
