    I’ve no evidence for this but it might have had something to do with Thomas Cook going bust and knackering their holiday plans for the International break

    I tend not to get too involved with the rumours on here, in part because it seems to me a mug's game but mostly because the stuff I hear isn't usually that interesting anyway. Given tonight's news however I'll post here a couple of other bits I've heard recently:

    - I don't know whether this was brought up in the players meeting, but I do know certain players believe some of their teammates aren't fit enough to play Stendel's style. Those players see that as the biggest problem we have currently, not the style itself or our glaring lack of experience.
    - The player meetings, both this season and last, came about at least in part as they believed DS to be too soft under the circumstances at the time they were held.
    - DS has been going home more often recently, two days a week most weeks. Training times had to be changed to suit his schedule.
