If we keep on like this, we will no longer be a yo yo team. We will just keep sinking and sinking? I think this is the time if we don’t get this sorted? Not many of our signings who I think will come good. Maybe wilks, Diaby at this level.
Anything is possible. League one is getting more competitive by the season. It's not a given that you will come straight back up. Some biggish clubs down there now. Sunderland, Portsmouth, Ipswich, Coventry just to mention 4 - only 3 can come back up.
The point is that if we go down, the system is still there. Hence we cannot go forward as a club, because with player sale and raw youth replacement it will be one big yo yo promoted then relegated
This team is set up to gain championship experience this year, be better for it in league one next year get us promoted then sell the best ones off to balance the spreadsheet.... sound familiar???
I didn't think we'd get promoted last time. We performed far, far better than I envisaged. I don't think you can judge how well you'll perform in a league below on your performances in this division. Couple of things though, we're not relegated yet and we might not be, but I do think some people believe promotion from League 1 is easier than it actually is.
Since getting married I no longer think. I just find myself nodding and agreeing and saying "yes love" a lot.
Yes, every possibility. Success in league one again is by no means a given, especially when we’ll probably have a team full of kids who’s confidence is shot to by then.
