    What I don't understand is why we can at the grounds of those clubs you've mentioned but can't at Oakwell

    As I understand it we can, the police only advise. I assume they just charge extra if we don't follow the advice for the associated policing costs. Despite charging nearly 40 quid a ticket and selling all our best players we need the money.
