I'm not making a judgement from just that one snippet of video, but it's alleged above it that there was no reason he challenged someone. Isn't the fan standing in an area that is cordoned off, where it's clear he shouldn't be?

Ye it’s a tough one, I went to school with plenty of Leeds fans from Barnsley & I don’t see how you can stop them buying in the home end.

I think the safety officer will be onto Doyle Security this afternoon. Let's not bash the club over this as Doyle's have the contract for stewards in and around ground.

The away end was more than 2/3 full. It was just the lower part right near the East Stand that was cordoned off.

FWIW I have no problem with rival fans in hone ends as long as they behave.

I have previous booking history for a number of local teams. Just cos I’ve been and sat in home end - not always against Barnsley though.

Hope that's not true. If it is we have to be looking at terminating our security contract to work with a new firm.

Leeds fan who got shoed in is from thurnscoe.

I also agree with dreamboy, if its Doyle's lad running things then hopefully the club will sack that contract right off.

Let’s be fair. All these allegations against the steward are abit suspicious. Why is the only evidence Leeds fans are showing is a 2 second clip, and the rest are just screen shots? There’s more to it than that. Stewards are mostly way over the top, I mean some of them were the same in the ponty today. But Leeds fans are no saints, there’s more to it than that.

Doesn’t think it helps having two different security firms policing the away end, I mean who’s bright idea was that.
