The man like. Still pushing boundaries after 30 years with incredibly subtle layers and clever shifts in key. A true master of his craft. Some people are worth studying, he's one of them. First saw him on the Northern Exposure tour with Diggers and Blue Amazon live, absolutely awesome. Must have seen him play about 20 times. Alas I won't be there on this occasion as baby is due on the 10th. It might not go down too well me going on a bender! Have a superb time!
Same mate, I’ve been to see Sasha now well over 100 times, all from the early 90s up to a few weeks ago in Manchester when I was back stage with him and Digweed. Since I’ve been more and more involved in music this last 6-7 years I’ve become mates with some of the people I used to call heroes. Blue Amazon comes to our gigs (He’s from Huddersfield) and I’ve played with Digweed 3 times and spent a fair amount of time with him over the last few years. I’m Dave Seamans Agent and help to run his label. All gone a bit mad. Still love raving like I’m 21.
Both Leeds legends. Ian’s making a bit of a comeback in Leeds at his own night playing classics and new stuff. He’s bonkers though. Proper into conspiracy theories. He once told me he thought that the government tracks us all from the fillings in our mouth.
