I have made an online purchase for a retro mug for a friends birthday I got an email confirmation to say it had been paid for and shipping would take 3-5 working days. 2 weeks on and still nothing received. Emailed them over this and no reply. Looked all over and there is no contact number for them. Any ideas as to what else I can do?
Never heard of em.. Quite a few reviews saying goods never turned up though. Is that yours on there as well? Virtually word for word what you said in orig post.
If in a reasonable amount of time your supplier has not replied or sent the goods. Look into your card providers conditions for such issues. There are rules for up to £100 purchases and £100 and above. Be it Debit. Credit or Paypal. Account.
Thanks for this advice - I used PayPal- not looking good by the replies! I think I may have lost my £20!
If you used PayPal you’re set! They have a fantastic reputation for settling disputes and is the reason I will always pay with them if there is an option to. I’ve successfully had money refunded twice through them with no hassle at all.
Paypal have buyer protection as well.. I bought something from even a fbook marketplace seller who turned our to be a scammer.. Paypal refunded me.
Never had to use the methods I’ve stated. Can’t be arsed over the couple of £2/3 purchases that haven’t turned up. ( should care to be honest cos these undesirables probably make a mint using this method.) But created a stink with my review on something I think was clothing about £20. Item appeared 2/3 days later. Basically chucked in a bag, screwed up and sent to me. The following review didn’t complement either.

@Gally I have done a little bit of digging and found the following- It has a managing director called Matthew Kitchen and was first registered in December 2018 It has a postal address of Retro Clasico ltd First and second floor International house 61 Mossley Street Manchester M2 3hz I still cannot find a contact number for the business or any contact details for Matthew Kitchen. Can anyone else help out?
However I had to go via a PayPal link in order to make the payment despite not having a PayPal account myself.
