Charlton must be licking their lips having won 2 already.
We need the three points. Chances are being created but not taken. Is it just a case of training harder, shooting practice?

It will click if it's going to. How much practice does an electrician need wiring a plug? They're professional footballers. It will hit the net or it won't. One thing I will say needs to change is the application on the field.

Tony Gale was commenting on Bradford's thrashing by Preston and they were playing passes along the back four. They were caught out because the centre backs were playing too wide apart. You shouldn't be making square balls at the back anyway but that's where we're being caught out.

Mcgeehan and Styles know it needs to go forward. Stendel was furious with that against Wednesday.

Square balls across the back are fine as long as they are hit crisply, accurately and the receiving player is in position to receive it.

He has gone! He isn’t coming back. No amount of moaning will change that. Same for the others who have gone. Either support the team/squad/club or don’t but that is the reality of the situation and it isn’t going to change.

I seem to remember in the 17/18 season when we were relegated our overall play wasn't that bad, but we contrived to miss easy chances and gifted the opposition goals on a plate - let's hope we're not in for a repeat because we're only going one way if it does and it ain't up
