    Yes, it's difficult to not come across as a racist in normal, casual conversation. I frequently struggle with it.

    Oh, wait, no I don't struggle with it, cos I'm not a ******* racist.

    Best way to not come across as a ******* racist is don't be a ******* racist.

    Lets try a different approach. The club has come out twice now and asked you to stop singing the song, so stop singing the song.

    Another good idea as part of natural evolution of our nation. I'm not sure who in their right mind would admit being British at the minute. Anyone "proud" enough to admit such a thing deserves one of Johnson's longer stretches (proverbial prison slang I'm sure).

    I manage to live my life daily having many conversations and nothing I’ve said in 40 odd years could be construed as racist.
